Preventive maintenance alerts for your pools

The app reviews your pools, tasks, stock and incidents on its own, and alerts you when something has gone too long without being done. You decide the thresholds.

Built for the way pool service businesses actually work

Everything in one place, from the office to the poolside.

Unvisited pools

You're alerted when a pool goes beyond the number of days you've set without a visit, based on its contracted frequency.

Overdue tasks

Keeps watch on specific tasks: sand filter, prefilter basket, brushing the pool, or any template you use.

Low stock

When a product drops below the minimum you've set, an alert appears before you get caught out mid-route.

Open incidents

Incidents that have gone unresolved for too long are highlighted so nothing gets forgotten.

Thresholds per company

Each company defines its own days, priority and which rules to activate. Nothing is forced on you.

Read and unread

Mark alerts as read, filter by status, and keep the bell icon clean for what's actually still pending.

Fully automatic

Alerts are calculated from data your team already logs day to day, with nothing extra to fill in.

Preventive, not reactive

Catch problems before they become complaints, instead of reacting after the fact.

Why teams switch from paper, Excel and WhatsApp

  • No pool gets forgotten for weeks
  • Real preventive maintenance, not reactive
  • Fewer complaints about green water or dirty filters
  • Material purchases planned ahead, not last-minute
  • Incidents closed on time
  • Full control without chasing anyone over WhatsApp
  • Admins act on what matters, filtered by urgency
  • Technicians keep a clean, uncluttered daily agenda

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of alerts does the app generate?+

Pools that have gone too many days without a visit, specific tasks that haven't been done for X days (cleaning the sand filter, brushing the pool, checking the skimmer basket...), products with stock below the minimum, and incidents that have stayed open longer than you've defined.

Can I configure each alert my own way?+

Yes. Each rule can be turned on or off independently and has its own day threshold, its priority (informational, warning or urgent) and, for tasks, the specific task template you want to monitor.

Who sees the alerts?+

Only users with admin permissions for the company. Technicians still see their daily route without any extra noise.

Can alerts be marked as read?+

Yes. You can mark them one by one or all at once, and filter by read, unread or all. The bell icon in the header only counts unread alerts.

Do alerts depend on data I need to enter manually?+

No. They're calculated automatically from the visit reports, completed tasks, material usage and incidents that your team already logs in their daily work.

Does it work for community pools and private homes alike?+

Yes. Each pool has its own usage type and visit frequency, so thresholds apply sensibly whether it's a community pool, a private home, or a vacation rental.
