What does a digital pool service report include?+

Is a report signed on a phone legally valid?+
The digital signature captured on the device is attached to the report with a timestamp and becomes immutable. It's the standard proof used by maintenance and service businesses to show a visit took place.
What if the customer isn't there when I do the maintenance?+
No problem: the technician or admin who performs the visit signs the report with the readings and photos, and it's logged automatically. If the customer disputes anything later, you have full traceability.
Does the customer get a copy of the report?+
