What does the daily report include?+
The visits completed by each technician and admin, the pools visited, the tasks checked off on each report, the product used, incidents opened and closed, and a map with every clock-in point of the day.
Who can see the reports?+
Only users with admin permission for the company. Technicians don't access the global daily report.
How is the technician's location recorded?+
When starting the visit or signing the report, the app captures the device's location and the distance to the pool. Those points are drawn on the day's map.
Can it be exported?+
Yes, the day's summary exports to CSV and Excel so you can take it to your accountant, your management software or your own dashboard.
