30-day free trial

Before paying anything, you can try Pool Service Hub for 30 days completely free, without providing a payment card. During this period you can use the full plan with your real customers, pools and service reports.

There is no automatic charge when the trial ends. If you decide not to continue, simply take no action and the trial ends at no cost. This free trial is the evaluation period for the Service and replaces any money-back guarantee on monthly subscription fees.

2

Cancel at any time, without commitment

There is no minimum subscription term. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, without phone calls or additional formalities.

After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the period already paid for, and no further subscription charges will be made. Once that period ends, the account becomes limited or is deactivated according to the subscribed plan.

3

Monthly fees already paid

As this is an immediately accessible digital service billed monthly, fees already charged for a current service period are non-refundable. Cancelling partway through a period does not entitle you to a proportional refund; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

We recommend using the 30-day free trial to evaluate the tool before subscribing. When you add a payment method, you have already had the opportunity to determine whether the Service suits your business.

Exceptions: billing errors and technical incidents

A full refund is available in the following cases, which we handle directly with Paddle:

  • Duplicate charges or amounts billed in error (incorrect amount, plan or period).
  • Unauthorized charges or charges made without an active subscription.
  • Serious technical incidents attributable to the platform that prevented use of the Service for an extended period.

We may refuse refunds in cases of abusive use, fraud, impersonation or repeated requests without a justified reason. Any refusal will include a reason and may be reviewed if you provide additional information.

How to request a refund

Pool Service Hub payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle also manages refunds. You can start a request through either of these channels:

  • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used for your purchase to access your invoices and request the relevant refund.
  • Email hola@poolservicehub.app with your purchase email address, the approximate charge date and the reason for your request. We will handle the request with Paddle on your behalf.

The amount is returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. The usual processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically between 5 and 10 business days.

Further information

You can also consult Paddle's Refund Policy, which governs the refund process handled by our Merchant of Record.

If you are unsure whether your case meets this policy's conditions, email hola@poolservicehub.app. We will respond as soon as possible with an answer appropriate to your situation.
