Built for the way pool service businesses actually work

Everything in one place, from the office to the poolside.

Address autocomplete

When adding customers and pools, the address autocompletes with Google Places and saves exact coordinates.

Map of all your pools

Map view with markers and popups showing basic data. Find at a glance which pools you have near a given area.

Proximity-based routes

The daily schedule is ordered by real closeness between stops. Fewer kilometers, less fuel, more visits per day.

Open route in Google Maps

One button launches the full multi-stop route in Google Maps to navigate without copying addresses by hand.

GPS clock-in at visit start

A single location point when starting the report, timestamped and with distance to the pool. No continuous tracking.

Proof for the admin

The manager sees a mini-map with the clock-in and the distance to the pool, color-coded. Proof the report was done on site.

Lower fuel costs

Optimized routes mean less driving and less wear on the vehicle.

Privacy by design

Only a clock-in point is recorded, never continuous tracking — clear and transparent for technicians.

Why teams switch from paper, Excel and WhatsApp

Frequently asked questions

How does the technician's GPS clock-in work?+

When starting the visit, the app asks the technician for permission and records a single timestamped location point. The distance to the pool is calculated and saved on the report. There is no continuous tracking — only the location at the moment of clocking in is recorded.

Can the admin see where the technician clocked in?+

Yes. In the visit detail, the admin sees a mini-map with the exact point where the technician clocked in, the pool, and the distance between them, color-coded (green ≤100 m, amber ≤300 m, red if greater). It proves the report was done at the pool, not from home.

Is the technician tracked all day?+

No. Pool Service Hub only records the clock-in point when starting the visit. There's no continuous tracking or background location collection. Technicians only see their own clock-ins.

How does it order the day's visits?+

The Map view of the schedule automatically orders the day's visits by proximity (a greedy algorithm with real distance), starting from your current location if you allow it, or from the first scheduled visit. It shows accumulated distance and a button to open the full route in Google Maps.

What if the technician doesn't want to grant GPS access?+

They can continue without GPS and the clock-in is recorded as 'no location', leaving a record of it. This is documented in the company's privacy policy, which the technician accepts when starting.
