Built for the way pool service businesses actually work

Everything in one place, from the office to the poolside.

Professional email with your brand

The pool owner gets an email with your company's logo and name, not a generic template.

Water status summarized

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and other readings shown clearly for anyone who isn't a technician.

Incidents detected

If you spotted something to fix (noisy pump, low chlorine, algae...) the owner sees it highlighted with its urgency level.

Photos from the visit

Photos the technician uploaded are attached to the email. The customer sees the before/after without asking.

Sent automatically when the report closes

As soon as the technician signs and closes the report, the email goes out on its own. Zero admin work.

Traceability and unsubscribe

Every send is logged on the customer's profile, and each email includes an unsubscribe link to stay compliant.

Fewer customer calls

No more 'did you come by this week?'. The customer already knows what was done and when.

More renewals

The owner sees the value of the service every week, so justifying the monthly fee stops being a problem.

Why teams switch from paper, Excel and WhatsApp

  • You don't mix work with your personal WhatsApp
  • The customer doesn't have your phone number or text you at 10pm
  • Your company's brand is visible, not an unknown number
  • Photos go out at full resolution, not compressed
  • Every send is logged with a timestamp
  • Customers can unsubscribe cleanly
  • Works for private owners and property managers alike
  • Doesn't depend on whichever technician's phone was used

Frequently asked questions

What exactly gets sent to the owner after the visit?+

An email with the pool's name, the date and time of the visit, a summary of the water status (chlorine, pH and other readings), any incidents detected with their severity, and the photos the technician uploaded. All shown with your company's logo and details.

Is it sent automatically or do I have to press a button?+

It's sent the moment the technician signs and closes the report. There's nothing to copy, no email to write, no photos to attach: the app does it for you.

Does the email carry my brand or Pool Service Hub's?+

It carries your company's name and logo in the header. The pool owner sees a professional email from their own pool technician, not a generic template.

How many emails can I send per month?+

The Solo plan includes 50 notifications a month, the Pro plan 300, and the Business plan unlimited. You can check the current month's usage from Settings.

What if the customer doesn't want to receive emails?+

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If the customer unsubscribes, we stop sending emails to that address and it's recorded on their profile.

Does the email replace the signed report?+

No. The signed report is still stored in the cloud as legal proof of the service. The email to the owner is an extra: it reinforces professionalism and avoids calls like 'did you come by this week?'.

Can I test what the email looks like before subscribing?+

Yes. When you open a free account, you can close a test visit and see in your own inbox exactly the same email a real customer would receive.
